A total of 10 acres are leased from landowner by Bluestone Source, LLC and available for future quarry expansion to the winning operator bidder.

Bluestone Source has not yet conducted core sampling of mining area.  Winning bidder may conduct core sampling at their expense before entering into royalty contract provided results of sampling are shared in full with Bluestone Source, LLC.

The landowner has entered into an exclusive lease with Bluestone Source, LLC for the purpose of mining bluestone and has granted full right of way and use of access road to quarry area.  Any attempt to directly contact the landowner will disqualify you and/or your company from the bidding process.  While the property itself is not for sale, unsolicited offers can be made in the comments section of the bid submission form and will be presented to the landowner.
